We offer 10% DISCOUNT OFF OF TOTAL INVOICE FOR: ALL PUBLIC OR PRIVATE ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, OR HIGH SCHOOL EMPLOYEES, and MILITARY ACTIVE DUTY EMPLOYEES. Must show proof of employment for discount at time of Pre-visit. We offer 10% Discount for Senior citizens 55 years of age and older. (10% Off Of Total Invoice) No multiple discounts may be used. These discounts DO NOT apply to regular midday pet walks, or overnight vacations visits. They only apply to daily vacation visits (see below for descriptions). Vacation Visit (30 minute visit): $17.00 up to 3 pets ($3.00 more for an extra 15 minutes) $21.00 for 4 pets and an additional $3.00 for each extra pet ($5.00 more for an extra 15 minutes) Overnight Stay: $72.00 up to three pets, $5.00 more for each additional pet. The following gas surcharge rates are for vacation visits only, unless the travel miles are more than 18 miles per visit. We calculate the Miles from our main office to your home using yahoo maps, (See below for yahoo map ). Main office address: 3701 South George Mason Drive, Falls Church, VA 22041 (mail is not excepted at this address) Miles Rate/per visit 0-5 $3.00 6-9 $4.00 10-13 $5.00 14-17 $6.00 18-21 $7.00 over 21 $8.00+$1.00-(for each mile over 21) Midday Pet Walk (20 Minute visit): Monday-Friday midday contracts only-morning visits, evening visits and weekend walks are charged the vacation visit rate (see above rate) $16.00 per visit for the first 2 pets, $3.00 per visit more for each additional pet. Pre-visit Consultation Fee: $15.00 Administering oral medications: No Charge Administering Injections: No Charge Administering Fluids: No Charge Cleaning bird cages, small animal cages: No charge (for the pets included in the visits) Because of the recent economy: NO Holiday FEES effective July 09 Key Pickup/Drop off Fee: $15.00 each instance after the Pre-visit. Vet Visit/Pet Transportation: $25.00 per hour + gas surcharge from your home to the vet and back to your home. (Transportation for emergencies only while you are away). Full Payment is due on the Pre-visit (for new clients) and before the first day of booking for existing clients, and is non-refundable, and/or no refund is due if you choose to cancel at any time, for any reason. However, balances of unused paid visits may be forwarded to future date (s), within a 60 day period. Must give a 72 hour advance notice in writing for approval. We except checks, money orders, cash There is a $50.00 return check fee for all returned checks do to insufficient funds. |
